not disqualifying md5. Neither am I. But you brought up a good point regarding the ten predictions in advance. So if you want to, you can issue another "Prediction for 8/23/2004 MD5 checksum request #2" posting with a unique sentence/sentences to which I'll *also* provide the checksum.

3) If you have not done so already, I recommend you calculate the MD5 checksum of each RH9 install CD, and compare the calculated MD5 checksums against If the calculated MD5 checksum for a given CD does not match the published MD5 checksum, re-run the md5sum program on the CD to verify the bogus checksum value.
